LYNN WOOD
Managing Member
Lynn Wood, MBA, CPA, is a financial executive and certified public accountant with over 40 years of experience in financial services and property and community association management and serves as a Managing Member for BMS.
Lynn began her career as an accountant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Washington, DC. In 1984, she joined Pete Mechak at Comsource Management where she served as the Vice President primarily responsible for the financial and accounting aspects of the company until 2020.

PETE MECHAK
Managing Member
Pete Mechak is a versatile top-level executive with a successful track record in property and community association management and serves as a Managing Member for BMS.
Mr. Mechak began his career at Comsource Management in 1978 as a Property Manager and through time he was promoted to President and part owner in 1989. During Mr. Mechak’s tenure, Comsource increased in size from managing 10,000 units to over 35,000 units when he retired as President in 2020, working 43 years at Comsource.

MATT WOOD
President
Matt Wood, JD, MBA, is the President of BMS responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of the company.
Matt has a decade of professional legal and business experience starting at the international law firms of DLA Piper and Covington & Burling LLP where he worked in the M&A and capital markets groups advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and corporate governance matters. For the last five years, he served as the Deputy General Counsel at Sonatype, an international tech security company with annual revenue in excess of $100 million.
Matt and his wife have four young children, and he enjoys coaching youth basketball at St. Elizabeth’s in Rockville, MD.
